Judy Horacek is an Australian cartoonist, illustrator and writer.  She has worked for many newspapers and a multitude of community groups, unions, small magazines and good causes and has published a number of cartoon collections.  Recently she has also begun creating children’s picture books.

Judy's work has been published widely in Australia and all over the world, and is found on fridges and toilet doors everywhere. As well as drawing pictures, she is a talented public speaker, able to give a very funny presentation on almost any topic, illustrated with cartoons.

Greeting cards
Since 1988, Judy Horacek has produced a range of Christmas cards and general greeting cards sold in bookshops and giftshops throughout Australia. Since 2004 Horacek cards have also been available in Europe and the United Kingdom, produced there by Really Good cards.

Miscellaneous
Horacek cartoons also appear on aprons, teatowels, t-shirts and fridge magnets. She also produces limited edition prints, including a screenprint series of classic Horacek cartoons, 'Woman with Altitude' (2002) and 'Woman with a Present' (2003); 'Animal Impersonations' (2004) and 'Therapy Santa' (2005).
